Founded by Jennifer Ilanit Gibli, Esq., former Managing Associate General Counsel at Verizon with more than 20 years of in-house experience at Fortune 50 and multinational companies, Oravi brings seasoned in-house counsel directly into the business. Jennifer has advised teams through complex technology transactions, licensing, AI adoption, product development, data privacy compliance, vendor relationships, and global trade compliance. She combines strong legal judgment with an understanding of how technology and business actually operate.
