Jennifer is a globally focused attorney with over twenty years of in-house experience at Fortune 50 and multinational organizations advising on high-stakes legal matters involving complex jurisdictions, intricate regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies. Her practice is centered at the intersection of technology, including AI, contract transactions, compliance, international law, and geopolitics.

Jennifer is a trusted adviser to CEOs, CIOs, and General Counsels, known for contract development and negotiations, building sophisticated compliance programs, and counseling global teams on innovative technology, including AI, and product development initiatives. As a former Managing Associate General Counsel, Compliance at Verizon Communications, she led the global trade and anti-bribery compliance function, guiding the company through crises and advising on economic sanctions, cross-border transactions, and risk mitigation strategies in conflict regions, including Russia and the Middle East. Previous roles have also included Managing Associate General Counsel, Global Technology Solutions, at Verizon; General Counsel of Webcollage, Inc.; and Associate General Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance at Sharp Electronics Corporation.

She is a named innovator of a U.S. patent for a system and method for digital automation governance.
